Jessica Green, Seattle Regional Director

Jessica Green brings almost 10 years of landscape architectural practice in Oregon and California as well as extensive sustainability and LEED project experience in a wide range of rating systems. Previously a LEED project manager and a LEED-NC reviewer for the USGBC, Jessica has managed over 30 LEED NC, CI and EB projects. In addition to LEED project management, Jessica advises teams on how to strive for true sustainability on master plan scale projects as well as individual buildings seeking to go beyond LEED. Jessica has taught LEED Exam trainings for LEED NC, LEED CI and LEED EB O&M across the west coast and taught Green Design for Interior Design as a faculty member at the Art Institute in Portland.
Jessica’s projects include the Olympia City Hall, an Existing Buildings Assessment for the City of Olympia, King County Youth Service Center Courthouse Replacement, the Peace Arch Border Crossing and two Portland State University rehabilitation projects. Jessica has managed several LEED projects to final completion including one LEED Gold certified New Construction, two LEED Gold certified Existing Buildings, the LEED Platinum Certified Gerding Theater in Portland, Oregon and most recently the LEED Platinum Kendall Toyota auto dealership in Eugene, Oregon.
