This 286,000 square foot apartment building includes residential apartments over a two story retail/commercial section in Portland's Pearl District. As a part of the larger Brewery Blocks development, the Louisa has aggressive energy conservation measures, high recycled materials content, low-VOC interior finishes, and an eco-roof.
