Luma Condominiums

The Second LEED Gold Condominium in California

Luma is a part of the South Group's downtown Los Angeles redevelopment, and achieved LEED Gold certification shortly after the neighboring Elleven Condominiums.

This nineteen-story, 236-unit, 342,000 square-foot condominium tower is near the Staples Center just south of the downtown Los Angeles core area.
