South Waterfront Block 35 – The John Ross Condominiums

LEED Gold Certified

The John Ross is a 325 foot tall, 31 story condominium tower and penthouse on Portland’s south waterfront designed by Thompson Vaivoda Architects. This LEED Gold certified building houses 286 homes and features an extensive list of sustainability features including storm-water management technology, environmentally friendly materials and finishes, close proximity to public transportation, eco-roofs, and lush parks with pedestrian-friendly greenways.

The John Ross also houses the LEED-CI Certified Umpqua Bank South Waterfront Branch.
