Arterra Condominiums

Arterra Condominiums, located in the heart of the redevelopment of Mission Bay, is slated to be the first LEED Certified high-rise condo building in San Francisco. The mid-rise and podium levels of the building have water-efficient roof gardens and public plaza areas, and the skin of the building boasts a highly insulated glazing system with operable windows. Interior finishes include rapidly renewable materials like bamboo and cork, and all units come with energy-efficient appliances.
