Certified LEED Silver

The Umpqua Bank South Waterfront Branch is located in The John Ross and achieved LEED for Commercial Interiors certification. It is the first space leased by Umpqua Bank to be LEED certified, and the certification effort focused on strategies around connecting occupants to existing services and supporting alternative transportation, reducing annual water use by over 40% and selecting interior materials with low emissions and high recycled and locally produced content.
