Corporate Express's LEED Gold Breakpoint Distribution Facility in Portland, Oregon a is portion of their larger sustainability effort to reduce their environmental impact through goals for facilities and distribution operations, sustainable forestry, environmentally sustainable products and social responsibility. This LEED for Commercial Interiors project features plentiful natural daylight, energy-saving motion-sensor lighting, water saving fixtures and devices, recycled content, ENERGY STAR appliances, occupant-friendly cleaning products and a comprehensive recycling program.
