Ziba's Headquarters building in Portland, Oregon features striking architecture and solid environmental savings. The building reduced energy use by over 20%, saving a projected $22,000 a year, and received substantial incentive money for its energy design. Additional ongoing financial and environmental savings will be realized with low flow water fixtures that reduce water use by over 40%.

Material impacts were also made a priority: project materials contained over 30% recycled content, and 95% of wood used was FSC certified to support the responsible harvest of forests.
